  Anthony and Wes are worth their weight in gold! They are very polite, respectful, and calm! That calm nature is exactly what you need on moving day. Thank you. They helped make our moving day (late January) so much easier, nothing was too much bother, they chatted well with our family and they were very efficient in their work. They got on well together: great team.

  Top Notch!!! Could not recommend this Company higher! the boys arrived at 7am sharp as requested and they were into it! They worked like machines all day and were super friendly and nothing was a problem. A huge thank you to the prestige boys for doing such an awesome job, you guys took all the stress out of it much appreciated! cheers team !!

  They are crooks, absolutely appalling. Initially all went well. Provided each address in writing 8 days before the job was due. Received a quote for transportation from interstate and a separate quote per hour for delivery to address and installation. Wrote back detailing their quote and gave my acceptance to their terms. Paid up front as asked one day before delivery. Luckily I asked the vendor to let me know how long they took at his end for disassembly and removal (1/2) hour and it was the same at mine, 1/2 hour. One week after delivery I received a call from them saying I owed more money >$100 because they didn't realise my suburb was so far from Melbourne (its 40 mins - the same time as their business in Laverton is) & they had 8 days to discover where I lived on any map. The transportation cost from A to B is also a set price - there was no disclaimer to suggest it depended on your suburb. They also said they took longer at each address - I have an email from the Vendor , who is a solicitor, who said it was only 1/2 hour & I also timed it. I said I didn't owe them anymore money and I wasn't going to pay them another cent.

  So impressed with Prestige. They really did a superb job, the boys worked very hard for their money. Will most definitely use them again.

  The same day THEY DEBITED MY BANK ACCOUNT for the money I refused to pay them without any communication or permission.

  DON'T USE THESE CROOKS - they are about to be taken to the Small Claims Tribunal and my bank is investigating their theft.
